Restrict Website using GPO
Steps:
Open group policy
Create new group policy
Edit created group policy
Select computer configuration
Policies – windows settings – windows defender firewall – select outbound rules
Create new rule
Select custom rule
And select to next
Select all programs
Protocols leave as default
Find the ipv4 and ipv6 ip address
Click to add ip addresses
And save and close
So, here created blacklisted ip
Go to properties
Select scope if you wanted to modify or need to add just click to add
