WIFI Repeater

Before Starting Configuration, you need to make sure you will connect the Ethernet Cable to LAN ports of Routers not WAN.

If we are creating a WIFI Repeater or Extender in same Network using Routers & if you like to Distribute same Network IP Distribute via new Wifi or extender need to Disable DHCP AND PLEASE Check the below.

Please click on Network and Select LAN.

Type the Existing Network IP you’re assign to this router.

So here I am using customize IP address. Not using or

So here type the IP Static IP Address your Existing Network.

Or if you have default ip address or you, can you static ip according to your convenient.

I am using my IP for this particular Router using as a repeater.

Select the Type Static IP.

Gateway if you want to mention you can mention otherwise leave it blank.

Setting WIFI

Please select the Wireless Security as per yours.

I have Disabled the DHCP. So I will get the main router ip not existing one because we are using this router as a range extender.

If you will Enable the DHCP you will be getting this router ip not your main router.

So, every Router have some different Functionality, process will be little change but the methods will be same.

Here I am assigning Static IP to WAN Network from Existing Network.

Here I am not going to disable DHCP.

So, I am using different IP from My existing Network.

The whole purpose of an IGMP Proxy is that it is responsible for allowing and facilitating multicast routers to read, understand, and learn the membership information

Have Disabled IGMP Proxy.

So here Wifi name and Security

Enabled DHCP in Existing Network Repeater. And we will get the ip from to
